  3. Please remember we exist for both government and public benefit, and did not extend beyond what was of public benefit.  We are also stating to you that we furnish no other motivation than seeing to the enforcing or administering a law of the State, or of another State, a Territory or the Commonwealth, AND monitoring compliance with, or investigating a contravention of, a law of the State, or of another State, a Territory or the Commonwealth, AND  the administration of justice.
  4. Please specify what / which article/s you would be referring to so as we can provide our legal division the necessary documentation they require to understand what matter you refer to.  Matters which do not specifically refer to an article but just generalise the alecomm website will be filed in our frivolous and vexatious section for possible further use in representative proceedings / discriminatory proceedings or other criminal proceedings.

  5. If a complaint has been made to you via another organisation, could you please notify us whom has made the complaint as we too have requested regular Investigations into child abuse / sexual assaults on Children In Care but we are unable to obtain any form of assistance or investigation.  Knowing whom has made the complaint may enable us to work with them in order to have serious sexual assault matters concerning children under the care of the minister actually addressed.

  6. Please state what was the threshold for this complaint to be forwarded to you for investigation, as maybe some of our complaints pass these markers and have not previously been forwarded to your unit when in fact they should have.  And in the interest of transparency and not appearing to be discriminating against us as to cover up any crime we may be referring to that you would then be trying to cover up by use of intimidation and bullying.

However, if you would like to further assist and actually help prevent more children from being abused, feel free to contact us, let us know exactly what your role / department does and we would gladly have you on board.
