Our enemy are the judges..... and they are a Tyrannical and malevolent foe.
The Bill of Rights 1689 accurately calls them "Evil" and that they are hell-bent on destroying our laws and our liberties.
They have no legitimacy.... They are frauds ... Their "appointments" are conspiratorially fabricated.
They do not hesitate to continually lie.
They pervert and corrupt the course of justice.
They conceal and aid and abet the greatest crimes of theft and injury ever perpetrated against people and the environment.
They commit perjury and treason.
They regard themselves as immune from and above the law.
The Compte de Chamberlain once said such enemies of liberty are the enemies of mankind.
They are being challenged as to the jurisdiction of the courts in Australian Courts by brave men who are demanding their inalienable right to trial by jury... to their protection under the rule of law.
But Australian Courts are infinitely worse than the Star Chamber Courts of 17th century England that were deemed to be "Intolerable" and were "Abolished"
The good men, fighting for us all, know how dangerous it is to stand up against these despots and terrorists.
These good men are assaulted by sheriffs and are thrown into the cells, immediately they say "you have no jurisdiction over me. I demand my right to trial by jury."
The "Judges" and " Magistrates" say, "I'm not going to have this rubbish in my court! You have no right to trial by jury!".
To them, we are not free men - but slaves - and tell us , "your consent is immaterial." (the infamous words of Michael Frederick Adams - a so-called "Honourable Justice of the New South Wales Supreme Court").
No matter whether the Courts are in Redcliffe, Queensland, or Tamworth, NSW, or Melbourne, Victoria, or Kalgoorlie, W.A., or Launceston Tasmania, these events are taking place ...... they are ON RECORD.
These "Judges" and "Magistrates" FEAR the TRUTH.....and they FEAR the PEOPLE.
PEOPLE are wakening and rising ..... not simply to OCCUPY the streets ...... but by going into "the places of judgment where there is wickedness and the places of righteousness where there is iniquity" (Ecclesiastes 3: 16) ..... they are going INTO THE COURTS.
PEOPLE do NOT want "BLOODY REVOLUTION".
They want the PEACEFUL RESTORATION of JUSTICE, which is "the protection of rights and the punishment of wrongs"........ which is ONLY POSSIBLE through "the lawful judgments of free men" who are empanelled as JURIES to exercise their SOVEREIGNTY by swearing an OATH and praying "SO HELP ME GOD".
We MUST WIN the BATTLE for OUR COURTS, if we are to WIN the WAR .... the WAR waged across the world by the BANKS against the PEOPLE.
