What You Need to Prosecute Your Dirty DoCS Worker

What will be contained in the Court Attendance Notice

The information contained in a CAN will be similar to what is currently recorded on the charge sheets and court attendance notices of today. CANs issued by the Police or a Public Officers will not require a court seals. Police and Public Officers will not need to sign the CAN except on the statement of service.

In relation summary matters and indictable matters dealt with summarily a short general expression of the offence may be used rather than the full text of the indictment. Identifying particulars must also be included such as:

  • time and date of the offence
  • the place of the offence
  • name of any victim

On strictly indictable matters the full indictment will need to be provided.

Great work ALECOMM!!!! This is what we need to empower all of the victims (parents) out there.
I would love to charge my old docs officer and i have the evidence beyond reasonable doubt..
You should put it out there that ANYONE who has issues with DOCS has to get a copy of their FOI file that is where i got most of my evidence from their own files that is how much they cared.
