Addressing Our Most Basic Fundamental Human Rights

Attention each and every DoCS Office in New South Wales - if you have anything to say about articles that appear on alecomm you may first want to read the legislation that states MEDIA ARE ALLOWED IN CHILDRENS COURTS - this is to ensure PARASITES like yourself are kept track of.

Secondly, as for investigating persons whose children you stole, i suggest you send all correspondence to alecomm via their email addresses, as to bully your clients would not be in your best interest.

Thirdly, Do any of you DoCS Workers know of the Convention of Civil and Political Rights, where it is not illegal to discuss matters and freely voice your opinion on topics of your choice - and for the record, child protection is not a matter of national security, and imparticular when names are not disclosed you have absolutely no right to revictimise your victims.

Let us refresh your memory, Department of Community Services :The Code of Conduct and Ethics" : 9.2 The Director-General’s obligation to disclose corrupt conduct Under the Independent Commission Against Corruption Act 1988, the Director-General has a responsibility to report certain forms of corrupt conduct to the Independent Commission Against Corruption (ICAC). • misuse of government information where such conduct could amount to a criminal offence, a disciplinary offence or give reasonable grounds for dismissal of a staff member.
  • any abuse or neglect of a client by a staff member
  • stealing money or property belonging to a client or the Department
  • claims for reimbursement of expenses which have not been incurred
  • use of Departmental property or funds for improper or unauthorised purposes
