We are compiling a list of case law where DOCs have been recognised by the judge to "abuse their power" and to remove children where there was no risk of harm.  These documents have been obtained from lawlink.

  1. Georgia & Luke -  Abuse of power by DOCS officers. Extraordinary circumstances warrant interference by Supreme Court in Children’s Court proceedings.  Click here.
  2. Jillian & Jacinta - Case where DOCs workers (Parramatta) state No Chance of Restoration, but evidence clearly shows this is very over exaggerated and the judge orders restoration plan.  Click here.
