Alecomm Not For Profit Status

We are a Charitable Institution

As a Charitable Institution, Alecomm carries on a wide and vast range of charitable activities.  We provide the community with many services, some of these are listed below :

Assisting clients with the submission of Official Complaints regarding their children within the Child Protection Systems.  We provide this service for persons in every state of Australia.  Our average preparation time for full investigations by appropriate authorities are at least three weeks for each case.

We administer operations that assist clients whom are wishing to contact the United Nations regarding Human Rights violations.  We have streamlined an extremely easy system, to enable the less computer literate, to easily submit their case to the United Nations in Geneva (in the format the UN require).

We assist clients in obtaining pro-bono representation for their cases.

We submit to the government and various other organisations, legislation amendments that we consider required to enable Australia to conform to the International Covenant of Civil and Political Rights, and other International Covenants including Children's Covenants, Disabled Persons Covenants and Womens Covenants.

We provide long-term 24/7 support to clients that are having difficulties dealing with government agencies such as the Department of Human Services and the Public Guardian - departments that are extremely vulnerable to human rights violations.

We assist in relieving the special needs of people with disabilities.  For example, we have disabled clients whom are currently chemically-restrained under the care of the NSW Public Guardian, and we provide our clients with advocacy and a voice.

We file relevant documentation to have our clients issues resolved, whether they are living needs or assisted accommodation, or the fact that they may not wish to be kept in a prison-type facility under the "care" of Public Guardian, who profit some seventy million dollars per year from people with disabilities.  In this case, we file on behalf of our clients to the relevant authorities, provide media support, and contact the United Nations also to enable our clients to be freed.  The classification for the NSW Public Guardian imprisoning person's that do not need their "care", and when their family are being denied contact and location details, is an Enforced Disappearance, a very serious crime with the United Nations.

On occasion we provide our clients with accommodation, food or money.

We do not accept any fees for our services whatsoever.
