Damon's List is a List of Family Court Judges, Lawyers, Psychologists, and Other Officials Who Are Known or Believed to Aid and Abet Child Molesters and Abusers in Getting Custody and Control of their Victims 

The mission of this website is to help parents who are trying to protect their children from abuse stay away from, or get rid of, court officials who aid in placing children under the custody and control of molesters and abusers.

DAMON'S CASE IS NOT THE EXCEPTION TO THE RULE
It is now a well documented phenomenon that when children report abuse, 
Family Court officials routinely take them away from 
their protective parent (usually the mother) and coerce them
to live with their abusive parent (usually the father).

Court officials engage in a pattern of behavior 
which systematically and methodically silences the children 
and their protectors, i.e. they deliberately COVER-UP the abuse.
The Pattern

THE FAMILY COURT COVER-UP IS MORE MASSIVE 
than the Catholic Church, Penn State, Scouts, school, entertainment 
and all other cover ups put together.

The number of family court victims over the past three decades 
are in the millions.

Taking children away from their mothers is known as Maternal Deprivation. 
Isolating children from their protective mothers serves the purpose 
of traumatizing, silencing, and controlling them.   

The powerlessness the children experience when they are kept away from their safe parent and forced to live under the full control of their abuser causes Stockholm Syndrome, in which children trauma bond with the abuser and begin to see things through their eyes.  
This is called identifying with the aggressor--as happened with Elizabeth Smart and Jaycee Lee Dugard.  Inflicting Stockholm Syndrome on the abused children is accomplished by the court ordering children into the full custody of the abuser, prohibiting unsupervised (or any) contact with the parent who knows the truth and is trying to protect them, and appointing unethical psychologists who charge exorbitant fees to use 'coercive persuasion' (scientific term for brainwashing).  This enables the abuser and the court to control the children psychologically, the real goal of the entire cover up, because then they do whatever the abuser and court wants--which is to be silent about the abuse and go along with living with the abuser.  The children are brainwashed and bullied into thinking that their mother is to blame, which results in them giving up trying to get back with their mothers.  This is severe psychological/emotional abuse inflicted over and above the physical/sexual abuse.

This is beyond unethical, it is evil.

Maternal Deprivation is a deliberate tactic by family court to keep the abuser in power and the mothers and children silent and compliant.
This tactic is part of pedophile Richard Gardner's Parental Alienation Theory, which is what is used by family courts to shift the blame from the abuser to the protector, enabling the cover up.

The powerlessness the mothers feel when they cannot protect their children causes severe Complex PTSD, which compounds their disempowerment.  But it also makes them angry.  And many moms are fighting back.

Abuse cases are rigged to favor abusers because they have the power---through connections, resources, $$, and age-old male entitlement.
Men have always been permitted to abuse their children(and disadvantaged children as well--think Sandusky/Second Mile Foundation).  It is only recently that mothers have had enough financial independence 
and education to challenge that "privilege".  But challenging that entitlement has engendered a severe backlash by fathers' rights groups, one where mothers, children, and their advocates are deliberately destroyed psychologically and financially and sometimes even socially.

The entire weight of a system designed to uphold that male entitlement comes down on anyone who attempts to protect children, not just mothers.

THIS IS THE THIRD MILLENIUM 
and we still do not have the power to keep our children safe!  When abusive men want custody, family courts usually give it to them.  Time's Up!  We need to empower mothers to protect children.

Abusers use Fathers Rights Groups to help get custody and control of their victims, most often by using pedophile Richard Gardner's Parental Alienation tactic to shift the blame to the protective mother.  Damon's mom was falsely accused of this with no evidence to support it. 

Fathers Rights/Abuser groups are subsidized by YOUR tax dollars 
through Fatherhood Initiative programs to the tune of $500,000,000/year.

This money is funneled to dirty judges, lawyers, psychologists, et. al., 
who steer the cases to abusive fathers.  
Call your Congresspersons and tell them 
you don't want your tax $$ supporting abusers.

This monetary motivation to side with abusers 
just strengthens the existing historical (i.e. patriarchal) propaganda 
that women and children lie about sexual assaults.  

The statistics clearly show that sexual abuse is very common, 
the abuser is most often the father or stepfather and 
it is rare for children or their mothers to lie about sexual abuse.
