Ever since Common Core was implemented into the public school system, it has been welcomed with open arms by some and rejected by others. The Inquisitr reported on how Common Core is changing how schools teach their children as well as both parent and teacher reactions, both positive and negative. This includes Common Core being implemented in physical education and the Jewish Holocaust denial conspiracies of being removed from textbooks as a means to show it never happened.
Now, Common Core is being implemented into something else and it is a teaching which could be considered a very touchy subject, even in public schools: sex education. Guess what? Common Core sex education is teaching your children about sex, masturbation, and even abortion through some very pornographic cartoons.
First, we will start with the brand new sex education books your kids might be reading for their class. According to USA Today, a book titled It’s Perfectly Normal is now being used for sex education and health classes. The thing that stands out about this book are the drawings of naked people in the book. Technically, there have been plenty of textbooks with drawings and pictures of naked people for educational purposes, but they were presented in a way that parents and teachers would consider acceptable for the lesson. Now, the drawings are not acceptable as the naked people are sketched explicitly, some in sexual acts. The book is said to be for children 10 years or older, but it is still making parents very uncomfortable.
Tim Schmidt, a parent of two children, explained how other parents are reacting when they see the content inside of the textbook.
“Most of the time, when I showed this [the textbook] to parents, their jaws hit the floor. They were shocked and then their reaction changed to outrage.”
“It has a lot of explicit drawings. Cartoon images, life-like cartoon images. A look of nudity. It actually shows people having sex.”
Because of the content, I am not allowed to post most of the pictures of It’s Perfectly Normal in this article, in which there are details of teaching children how to masturbate, how to put on a condom, and even how to have sex. However, there is one part I can post up from the book that may anger some of your parents. It is the chapter on abortion. The textbook “It’s Perfectly Normal” has a chapter dedicated to teaching kids all about abortion.

If you thought that the textbook was crossing the line, wait until you see what some teachers are actually doing for Common Core sex education! Shocking images came out of a classroom in Jacksonville, Florida which illustrates how 11 and 12 year-old children in a 6th grade class are being taught how to use a strap-on and dildo! That’s right! A teacher is teaching children how to use sex toys!
The pictures were taken by a student with a cell phone camera which shows Sharon Mercer in some provocative positions on how to use the dildo in front of students, especially for masturbation. Once again, because of the content of the photos, I am not allowed to post them up here but you can see them at the source website.
Apparently, Clinton Middle School in Duval County hired Sharon Mercer to teach the sex education class but because of the photos, she was suspended. The school refused further comment but Mercer claimed her suspension was an act of bigotry because she is a member of the LGBTQ community. However, it is apparent she was probably suspended for showing children how to use a strap-on and how to masturbate with a dildo.
