Does anybody find this vaguely familiar?

PROLOGUE "This report describes a very sorry chapter in Australia’s history. It is a story which has to be told and in so doing, exposes the role of both the British and Australian Governments in bringing child migrants to this country. The British and Australian Governments entered into agreements for the migration of children to Australia. The Australian Government was the legislated guardian of the children but then transferred responsibility for their care to State Governments. In turn, the State Governments transferred responsibility to receiving agencies.

The responsibility was transferred, but in many cases the duty of care and protection was not. While some child migrants have made positive comments about their time in institutional care, many others can only recall childhoods of loneliness, great hardship and privations. While under the custodianship of receiving agencies, there was a complete disregard for the needs, the safety and wellbeing of many child migrants.

State Governments were unable or unwilling to ensure the protection of the children and the Committee received evidence of shocking physical and sexual abuse and assault perpetrated by those charged with their day-to-day care. Australian authorities ignored changes in childcare arrangements developing in the United Kingdom and many child migrants were placed in barrack-style institutions, isolated from the general community. Connection with family was severed or actively discouraged by carers. Without those connections, children lost their personal identity, culture and country.

:-x Why are the same offenders given vulnerable children still to abuse as they have in previous years. Catholicare, the Salvo's, Barnados. People still claiming the same abuse yet the government keeps giving em more cash and more kids.. Outs an outright disgrace and makes me sick.

Nothing has changed in OOHC NSW . Children in OOHC NSW are still be used as LAB RATS on dangerous mind altering drugs = all 25% of them. Just as the CHILD MIGRANTS were used as lab rats , so too are children of today.

Children in NSW OOHC are dying at a great rate , being sexually molested in care , mentaly abused and emotionally destroyed.

The State of NSW and thier caretaker NGO's are still abusing the rights of all children in care, just as they did in bygone years to the CHILD MIGRANTS & Forgotten Australians.

Everything still stinks the same.

Shame Shame Shame

NOTHING HAS CHANGED

Be it CHILD MIGRANTS or Forgotten Australians. Today thousands of State Wards in OOHC across NSW are being held against thier will, dying in care, sexually abused, mentally abused, and emotionally abused by the State and it's caretaker agencies NGO's.

In the Prologue above , it neglects to mention how many thousands of children were used as lab rats to test dangerous drugs. This has not changed for children today in OOHC NSW as 25% are being forced fed dangerous mind altering drugs as opposed to humane therapy.

The STENCH of bygone years has never left as it still stinks the same in 2010 OOHC NSW
