The Department of Community Services NSW still refuses to acknowledge the massive amount of corruption within their department, regardless of how many complaints are listed at our site. Shame on all those higher up workers using their power to cover up the corruption within their department instead of taking some affirmative action, doing the right thing and turning their department back into child protection and not the current child trafficking organisation it currently is. Shame on you Jeevani Kooratha as Alecomm has contacted you previously asking for your assistance in dealing with the corruption and you choose to turn a blind eye and cover the asses of the workers that belong in jail and not behind a desk. And how dare you constantly imply that Alecomm MAY BE IN BREACH. We are either in breach, or we're not.
And seen as how we are not disclosing the details of any children whom your department are trafficking i would say that we are not in breach at all. The legislation is not put in place to protect your dirty workers, its put there to protect the children. How dare you try and hide behind the legislation we have that exists to protect the children you are abusing.
And here's another one: Our registers are only growing longer by the day, and our complaints list of official documented complaints grows too. You have currently 5 cases that we are aware of with parents suing the department of community services, and 2 pending cases in different states where foster carers have murdered innocent children that the parents constantly advised were in danger. Your disgusting officers sends $20 wreaths to grieving mothers with cards saying "We're sorry for your loss" whilst the officers responsible for the children's death walk away scot free and the parents and families are left with nothing. Meanwhile the fostercarers go scot free also because all your department currently does is cover all the fuckups your staff deliberately do on a daily basis, and this includes Lindsay McAvaney Plush.
You have to wonder why Officers of Child Safety are trying to cover the massive amount of child trafficking actually taking place under their nose. Its more than apparent to anybody who has fallen victim to these agencies that they are not who they pretend to be, everybody knows it, yet theres nobody out there in government with a set of balls big enough to take on the corruption of the department and start cleaning it up. Why would anybody want to cover the arses of workers who are currently in breach of all human rights and our legislation and try and bully the organisation so opposed to it?

I can't see where there is information that identifies the child or young person. Is this really a true legal letter or is it made up? Are the taxpayers actually paying for people to write this crap at legal rates?
While I agree there are disparaging comments I can't see what threats of physical harm or obstructions there are on the site.
In fact the only threat is to hold public servants accountable. I would hope an accountable public service would be embraced by everyone in a free, democratic society.
Maybe instead of threatening ALECOMM the Director of Legal Services should be asking why DoCS (a) Does not actinthe best interest of the children as required by Section 9 of the Act and (b) to do this allows DoCS employees to fabricate significant evidence - which is Illegal under Section 353 of the Act and also under various sections of the Crimes Act.
It would be good if this person was to use their legal knowledge for the good of the children they are supposed to work for instead of using it to try to cover up government corruption.
