"Is local MP Darren Weber complicit with the corruption in his local directorate?"

Dazza biggerWhy is the Local MP Darren Weber not interested in assisting Marney MacDonald of Budgewoi, who resides within the Wyong Directorate in obtaining her file from DoCS after having shown them over one hundred and fifty breaches of administration and legislation and procedure and protocol after storming Gosford Hospital when her daughter was two hours old and removing her to the care of the state?

Luke from Darren Webers office advised Alecomm this morning that they have spoken to the Ministers Office and the FOI Section at Community Services and have been advised that it is not appropriate for them, nor is there any jursidiction for them to assist Marney with obtaining her file of over 1300 pages at a cost of $1600.  (More than $1 per page).

Government Information (Public Access) Act 2009 - Section 127 states "An agency is entitled to waive, reduce or refund any fee or charge payable or paid under this Act in any case that the agency thinks appropriate, subject to the regulations.", and Miss MacDonald was merely asking for MP Darren Webers office to write a letter supporting the waiver of fees required to obtain her families file from Department of Community Services - but as Luke says "it's not the MPs job to help its constitutents".

Even after explaining the GIPA Act Section 127 the office still remained on the side of DoCS and the minister in that it is inappropriate for them to intervene --- We most certainly do considering that if the local DoCS Office, the NSW Police and the NSW Department of Health had not committed over 150 provable (with their own paperwork) crimes, that the two hour old baby would not have been "Kidnapped" and held to ransom for over 5 months.  This baby was denied breastmilk and most of all her colostrum, rooming in with her mother, and if DoCS in itself Investigated before they Litigated, the baby would never have been removed in the first place - costing the family over $100,000 so far to date in losses alone financially.

If it is not in the interest of a Local MP to assist a mother to obtain her file from a Department who has committed so many crimes already, in his local area, then who's job is it?

Arghhhhhh the instilled corruption is deeply embedded in both sides of the house.

ICAC/The Ombudmans Office are but a laughing matter.

NSW Politics are not worth a grain of salt.

How dare they claim to represent anyone other than themselves.
