When I appeared in court because DoCS wanted to put a one year order on my son, to retain custody of him so he remained in foster care, my solicitor asked me a question, and when I answered to the judge she told me if my solicitor didn't do all the talking, then it would be superlative to have solicitors. My son's mother (we were now separated) had still not organised a solicitor as she was waiting on legal aid, so the case was adjourned for another month. Another month without my son, knowing he was being shifted from home to home, helpless, defenseless, and missing the mummy and daddy who missed him so much. When the next appearance came around, my solicitor was a no show. I said to the judge it did seem superlative to have a solicitor, she disagreed. The clerk of the court was order to ordered to ring him and when he did show up he told me to shut my mouth or he would walk. Chris Wright for anyone who ever needs a solicitor, stay away from him. |
